Welcome to Ashmore State School's Instrumental Music Program
At Ashmore State School, we take immense pride in our vibrant Instrumental Music (IM) program and the wonderful sense of community it fosters. Through Education Queensland's world-class Instrumental Music tuition, students have access to an exciting and diverse field of study, continuing through to Year 12.
Research highlights the many benefits of music education, including improved academic performance, enhanced cognitive abilities, and valuable psychosocial development. Learning an instrument is a rewarding journey, and we are thrilled to support your child as they begin or continue their musical exploration.
As a parent, you'll witness the growth in your child's confidence and skills as they commit to learning and performing. We warmly welcome you and your child to the Instrumental Music Program for 2025 and look forward to an enriching and inspiring year ahead.
